Scaffolding Specialist

About this role

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and safety-focused Scaffolding Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling of scaffolding systems in accordance with approved designs, safety regulations, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures safely and efficiently.
Inspect scaffolding before use and ensure it remains stable and secure.
Follow approved scaffolding designs, procedures, and safety requirements.
Identify and report unsafe conditions, defects, or potential hazards.
Ensure scaffolding is properly secured, braced, and suitable for the intended load.
Work closely with supervisors, engineers, and other site teams.
Maintain proper housekeeping and a safe working environment.
Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and applicable local regulations.
Use scaffolding tools and equipment correctly and safely.

Required skills

• Previous experience as a Scaffolding Specialist/Scaffolder.
• Relevant scaffolding certification or training.
• Good knowledge of scaffolding safety standards and practices.
• Ability to read and understand scaffolding drawings is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
