Catering Operations Specialist

About this role

The successful candidate will support the development and execution of our catering operations, including event coordination, food service, client requirements, team coordination, catering setup, and day-to-day operations.

Requirements
Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or food service is preferred
Strong knowledge of catering operations and event requirements
Good communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and coordination abilities
Ability to coordinate with kitchen, service, and support teams
Practical and hands-on approach
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Flexible to work during events, weekends, and extended hours when required
Strong commitment to food hygiene, safety, and service standards.
