If the role you are filling is physically in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, or elsewhere in the Emirates, that focus works in your favour — you are reaching people who already hold UAE residency or are actively searching there.
If instead you are hiring for a role based in Bengaluru, Pune, or Gurugram, JobFlick is not currently the right marketplace for that vacancy. We would rather say so here than take the posting.

Not effectively. JobFlick's live job board and candidate base are UAE-focused, so an India-based vacancy would reach very few relevant candidates. We have not launched an India job marketplace.
What currency are employer plans billed in?
AED. Employers can post three jobs free, with paid plans starting from AED 299 per month as published on the pricing page. INR invoicing is not currently offered as a standard option.
Do candidates need to already be in the UAE to apply?
JobFlick does not restrict applicants by location, but the active candidate base is concentrated in the UAE. Visa sponsorship, relocation, and eligibility remain entirely between you and the candidate.
Can a recruitment agency post on behalf of a client?
Yes. Agency postings use the same employer flow. Make the hiring company and the role location clear in the listing so candidates know what they are applying to.
