Third-party recruiters filling roles they do not employ for.
A significant share of Gulf hiring runs through consultancies, many of them operating from India, the Philippines, Egypt, or the UK rather than from the Emirates themselves. If you are sourcing on behalf of a client company rather than hiring into your own payroll, this page is the relevant starting point.
The posting flow is the same one in-house employers use. There is no separate agency tier or agency-specific pricing at present.
Say who the role is actually for.
Agency listings that hide the end client, describe a role vaguely to harvest CVs, or advertise positions that are not currently open damage candidate trust and are not welcome on JobFlick. Make the hiring context clear in the listing — whether you name the client or state that it is confidential — so applicants know what they are applying to.
JobFlick does not permit charging candidates fees for placement or for access to listed roles. UAE law is restrictive on this point and so are we.
Post, review profiles, shortlist.
Publish the vacancy with its UAE location and it enters the same search and map results as any other listing. Applicants arrive as structured profiles rather than loose attachments, which makes an initial screen faster when you are working several mandates at once.
Employer plans are billed in AED — three postings free, paid plans from AED 299 per month as published on the pricing page. If you are running many concurrent mandates, check the plan limits against your actual volume before committing.
Posting from outside the Emirates.
There is no country restriction on creating an employer account. If it helps to see the situation described from your side of the transaction, there are overviews for hiring in the UAE from India and hiring in the UAE from the United States.
For the market overview and the in-house employer view, see hiring employees in the UAE.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a separate plan or price for recruitment agencies?
Not currently. Agencies use the same employer accounts and the same published pricing — three postings free, paid plans from AED 299 per month, billed in AED.
Can I post a role without naming the client?
Yes, confidential mandates are common and acceptable. What is not acceptable is describing a role so vaguely that candidates cannot tell what they are applying to, or listing roles that are not actually open.
Can I charge candidates a placement fee?
No. Charging candidates for placement or for access to listed roles is not permitted on JobFlick, and UAE regulation is restrictive on this point.
Can I post roles located outside the UAE?
JobFlick's candidate base is UAE-focused, so a vacancy located elsewhere would reach very few relevant applicants. The platform is not currently useful for non-UAE mandates.
Do I need to be registered in the UAE to post?
There is no country restriction on JobFlick's side. Whether your agency needs a UAE licence to recruit for UAE roles is a regulatory question for your own legal advisor.
Sourcing for UAE clients as a recruitment agency.
Agencies and consultancies placing candidates into the Emirates can post client vacancies on JobFlick from any country, review applicant profiles, and shortlist before passing candidates on. The candidate base is UAE-focused and plans are billed in AED.
