This is for UAE roles, not US roles.
JobFlick does not operate a US job board. If you are hiring retail staff in Chicago or hospitality staff in Houston, this is not the platform for that vacancy, and we would rather tell you now than sell you a posting that reaches nobody.
What JobFlick does cover is the United Arab Emirates. If your company is US-headquartered and the role sits in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, or a regional office elsewhere in the Emirates, the candidate base here is the relevant one.
Regional offices, project teams, and first hires.
The typical case is a US company standing up a small Gulf presence: a country manager, a sales lead, a few operations staff. These roles are hard to fill from a US recruiting function because the candidate signals — residency status, notice periods, regional experience — are unfamiliar.
Posting locally puts the vacancy in front of people already searching for work in the Emirates, rather than relying on relocation from the US.
Time zones, currency, and what we do not handle.
You can create an employer account and publish a vacancy from the US with no country restriction. Set the job location in the Emirates and it appears in the same search and map results as a locally posted role.
Employer plans are billed in AED — three jobs free, paid plans from AED 299 per month as published on the pricing page. JobFlick does not provide employer-of-record services, visa sponsorship, UAE entity setup, or employment-law advice. Those remain your responsibility or your PEO's.
Start with a free posting before committing to a plan.
The first three postings are free, which is generally enough to gauge whether the candidate response for your specific role and seniority is worth a paid plan. See JobFlick for Employers for the full toolset, or hiring employees in the UAE for the market overview.
Frequently asked questions
Can I post US-based jobs on JobFlick?
No. JobFlick's live job board and candidate base are focused on the United Arab Emirates. A vacancy located in the United States would reach very few relevant candidates, and we have not launched a US job marketplace.
Does my company need a UAE entity to post a job?
Not on JobFlick's side — there is no country restriction on creating an employer account or publishing a vacancy. Whether you need a UAE entity to legally employ someone is a separate question for your legal or PEO advisor.
What currency will I be billed in?
AED. Employers can post three jobs free, with paid plans from AED 299 per month as published on the pricing page. USD billing is not currently offered as a standard option.
Does JobFlick handle visas or act as an employer of record?
No. JobFlick is a job marketplace. Visa sponsorship, employment contracts, payroll, and compliance are handled entirely by you or a third-party provider.
How many candidates are actually on the platform in the UAE?
We do not publish a candidate headcount figure here, because an unverified number would not help you decide. The three free postings exist so you can measure real response for your own role before paying.
Staffing a UAE office from the United States.
JobFlick is a UAE-focused hiring marketplace. US companies opening a Dubai or Abu Dhabi office, or staffing a regional project, can post vacancies from the US and review candidates already based in the Emirates. Employer plans are billed in AED.
