1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using JobFlick, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.


2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of JobFlick for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.


3. Eligibility & User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use JobFlick. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We may suspend or remove any account we believe belongs to a person under 18.

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

JobFlick has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. By using JobFlick, you agree:

JobFlick provides in-app tools to report objectionable content and block abusive users. We review all reports and take appropriate action including content removal and account suspension.


8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms, post prohibited content, harass other users, or engage in fraudulent activity. Serious violations, including illegal activity, may be reported to relevant authorities.


9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall JobFlick, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.


10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
