1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using JobFlick, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of JobFlick for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

3. Eligibility & User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use JobFlick. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We may suspend or remove any account we believe belongs to a person under 18.

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

4. Job Seeker Responsibilities

• Provide accurate resume information.
• Only apply to jobs you are qualified for.
• Maintain professional communication.
• Respect employer time and resources.

5. Employer Responsibilities

• Post only legitimate job opportunities.
• Provide accurate job descriptions.
• Respond to qualified applicants promptly.
• Comply with employment laws.

6. User-Generated Content & Community Standards

JobFlick has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. By using JobFlick, you agree:

• Prohibited content: You will not post or share content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, sexually explicit, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• No impersonation: You will not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your identity or qualifications.
• Authentic profiles: You will not create fake profiles, post fraudulent job listings, or engage in scam activity.
• Professional conduct: You will treat all other users with respect. Harassment, hate speech, and abusive behavior are strictly prohibited.

7. Reporting & Blocking

JobFlick provides in-app tools to report objectionable content and block abusive users. We review all reports and take appropriate action including content removal and account suspension.

• To report content: use the overflow menu (⋮) on any profile, message, or job posting.
• To block a user: use the ⋮ menu in any chat conversation or go to Settings → Blocked Users.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms, post prohibited content, harass other users, or engage in fraudulent activity. Serious violations, including illegal activity, may be reported to relevant authorities.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall JobFlick, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
