1. Who We Are

JobFlick ("JobFlick", "we", "our", or "us") provides a mobile application and web platform that helps job seekers create profiles, build CVs, record video resumes, apply for jobs, and helps employers post roles and review candidates.

JobFlick is operated as a sister company of Blunzo International LLC, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. This Privacy Policy explains how we access, collect, use, share, retain, and protect information when you use JobFlick.

JobFlick may provide AI-powered features such as CV coaching, CV import, candidate matching, job matching, and profile improvement suggestions. When you use these features, relevant profile, CV, job, or conversation content may be processed to generate results. Do not submit information to AI features that you do not want processed for that purpose.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information only as needed for the service, including:

JobFlick may use third-party service providers including Appwrite for backend services such as authentication, database, and file storage; Firebase services for messaging, crash reporting, and app infrastructure; Google Maps services for maps and location features; payment providers such as Stripe where paid features are offered; and AI or automation providers where AI-powered features are used. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to JobFlick.


8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls, secure transmission, and provider security measures. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users should also protect their account credentials and notify us about suspected unauthorized access.


9. Data Retention and Deletion

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide JobFlick, maintain accounts, support hiring activity, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, and enforce our agreements. Some records may be retained for legitimate business, legal, tax, accounting, security, or compliance reasons even after an account is deleted.

You can request account deletion from within the app through Settings > Privacy & Security > Delete Account. You may also request deletion by contacting us using the contact details below. When an account is deleted, we delete or de-identify associated personal data unless we need to retain limited information for legal, security, fraud prevention, payment, or compliance reasons.


10. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, update, export, restrict, object to, or delete your personal information. You can update many profile details in your account settings. You can also control device permissions such as camera, microphone, location, photos, and notifications from your device settings.

You may opt out of non-essential notifications where supported. Important service, security, account, or transactional messages may still be sent when necessary.


11. Children's Privacy

JobFlick is an employment and hiring platform intended only for users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that a person under 18 has created an account or provided personal information, we will take appropriate steps to delete it and remove the account.


12. International Processing

JobFlick may process and store information in countries other than the country where you live. When information is processed internationally, we take steps designed to protect it in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.


13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and post the revised policy in the app or on our website. Material changes may be communicated through additional notices where appropriate.
