Delete your JobFlick account

You can delete your account from the JobFlick app or request deletion by email. Account deletion is permanent.

Delete from the app

  1. Open JobFlick and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Open Privacy & Security.
  4. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

This removes your JobFlick account and associated profile, CV, application, message, video resume, saved job, and analytics records where deletion is permitted.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email privacy@jobflick.app from the email address on your JobFlick account and include the subject "JobFlick account deletion request".

Some limited records may be retained where required for legal, tax, payment, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or compliance reasons. Data that is retained for those reasons is not used to operate an active JobFlick account.
